Phil Ade is a rapper out of Washington DC. He started rapping during junior year in high school and since then has never looked back. His big break came with his first major show where he opened up for another famous DC rapper, Wale. He released his debut mixtape 'Starting On JV' in 2009 and this was followed by 'Letterman' last year.
