TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB - BBC LIVE SESSION

Two Door Cinema Club performed a live session for Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show earlier this week. They performed a live version of 'Sun' from their new album 'Beacon' as well as a cover of Metallica and the Jurassic Park theme. You can listen to all three below.

BLADERUNNER - FEEL FOR YOU

I know its not a new one but heard this track last night on Radio 1's new DnB show. The Bladerunner track is titled 'Feel For You' and samples Ellie Goulding's 'Gun's & Horse's.'

KATY PERRY - NI**AS IN PARIS (COVER)

Katy Perry covers Jay-Z and Kanye's 'Ni**as In Paris' for BBC Live Lounge. I don't know whether I should but I really like this!

JESSIE J - WE FOUND LOVE (COVER)

Jessie J covers Rihanna's 'We Found Love' for BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge.

MAVERICK SABRE - LIVE LOUNGE

Only just heard this Live Lounge from Maverick Sabre. He sings his own track 'No One' and a mash up of Emeli Sande's 'Heaven' and Lana Del Rey's 'Video Games.' You can listen to his interview and the performance below.

ARCTIC MONKEYS - KATY ON A MISSION (LIVE LOUNGE)

Arctic Monkeys were in the live lounge yesterday where they performed a live version of their track 'Black Treacle' as well as a cover of Katy B's 'Katy On A Mission' which you can listen to below.

LANA DEL REY - MILLION DOLLAR MAN (MAIDE VALE SESSION)

Lana Del Rey stopped by Zane Lowe's show earlier this week to provide a live Maide Vale session. She performed her album track 'Million Dollar Man.'

LIANNE LA HAVAS - FORGET (VIDEO)

New single and visuals for BBC Introducing act Lianne La Havas. The song is titled 'Forget.' I posted up a Two Inch Punch remix of this track the other day which you can listen to here.

BBC Sound Of 2012 nominee Azealia Banks decided to let go this new track 'NEEDSUMLUV' earlier on Soundcloud.

Two Inch Punch is back with his rework of BBC Sound Of 2012's Lianne Le Havas 'Forget.' With every track of his I hear, I fall more in love with his production!

MUSIC TIPS FOR 2012

I am going to run down my top 10 tips for 2012. The one rule to be eligible for this list is that the artists featured cannot have released an album before the 1st January 2012.

10) Nina Nesbitt
Having toured with Example and Ed Sheeran at the back end of last year, 2012 could be a breakout year for the Edinburgh born singer/songwriter. She released her debut EP 'Live Takes' in December and this is just a short snippet of whats to come.



9) Sam Frank
Frequent Skream collaborator and excellent songwriter Sam Frank is looking to go it alone in 2012. His debut single 'Simple Life' was released on the 1st January and I one for one am looking forward to many more Talkbox tracks in 2012.
