Sorry about the lack of updates in recent days, this is because I have just returned from Reading Festival where I had the privilege to see some amazing bands! They are as follows:
TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB - A three piece from Northern Ireland. Their catchy riffs and uptempo indie really got the crowd going. Although i had heard of them before I wasn't really aware of much of their stuff but I highly recommend them. Check out their song 'I Can Talk' below.
MAGNETIC MAN - Skream, Benga and Artwork have really got something going with their original live show, featuring the three playing samples of their Macbook Pro's and the incredible light show. Put that together with them bringing out Katy B to performing her debut single 'Katy On A Mission' and their new single also featuring her. The first single off their debut album received a lot of airplay and with their second due to drop soon things can only get better for the trio. Check the new single 'Perfect Stranger' below.
PHOENIX - Phoenix are a grammy-award winning French band. They have been around for a long time but have only started to gain attention recently due to the release of their most recent album 'Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix.' Check out their song 'Lasso' below.
CHIDDY BANG - Chiddy Bang emerged with the release of the their 'Swelly Express' mixtape and their single 'Opposite of Adults' featuring an MGMT sample. They are consisted of the rapper Chiddy and producer Xaphoon Jones. The highlight of their performance was Chiddy's freestyle to topics chosen by the crowd, these include; Harry Potter, Ice Cream and even people called Alan. Check out their remix of Ellie Goulding's 'Under The Sheets' below.
HONORABLE MENTIONS - Weezer, Arcade Fire, Our Fold and Klaxons.

The Wombats have been away for a while, they have been in LA recording for their new album. They graced Zane Lowe's show last night for a quick chat and to play their next single Tokyo (Vampires & Wolves.) This band writes incredibly good catchy Pop-Rock tunes and with this latest single it doesn't look like its about to stop. You can check the interview and the song here. (Sorry you cant embeed BBC radio clips.)

This is taken from Logan Sama's show last Monday, it was the first play of Skepta's 'Hello, good morning' remix. The song came about when Diddy said on twitter he was a fan of grime and wanted to do a remix of the song, Diddy asked twitter followers who would be the best to do a grime remix of the song and Skepta received the most votes. Check out the video below and let me know what you think.
